D.O.P. CAMERANO CHEESE WON BRONZE MEDAL AT THE LAST EDITION OF THE “WORLD CHEESE AWARDS 2011”

quesocamerano-76-thumbThe company LÁCTEOS MARTÍNEZ S.L. which produces D.O.P. Camerano Cheese, won five awards this edition. Among this five, “LOS CAMEROS” MATURE EWE´S MILK CHEESE and “LOS CAMEROS” HARD EWE´S MILK CHEESE won a SUPER GOLD AWARD each one. It means that these two cheeses are between the 50 TOP CHEESES IN THE WORLD.

 

To sum up, our awards this year are:

 

 

    • SUPER GOLD AWARDS: “LOS CAMEROS” MATURE EWE´S MILK CHEESE and “LOS CAMEROS” HARD EWE´S MILLK CHEESE.

 

    • GOLD AWARDS: “LOS CAMEROS”SEMI HARD MIXED MILK and “ LOS CAMEROS” HARD MIXED MILK.

 

    • BRONCE AWARD: “LOS CAMEROS” SEMI HARD GOAT´S MILK CHEESE, D.O.P. CAMERANO CHEESE.

 

 

This edition had more than 2.500 cheeses samples. It was been tasted for 200 internationally judges.
